Berly Guitars was founded on the premise of providing "custom shop" quality guitars without the sky high price point. Berly aims to make guitars that not only produce exceptional sound but also boast a playability and feel reminiscent of instruments that have been cherished for decades.

With extensive experience in the guitar industry, I understand what defines a superior instrument. A common question I encounter is whether Berlys are simply "partscasters." The answer is yes, but with the important distinction that these guitars are crafted from high-quality components and assembled with meticulous care, including undergoing the PLEK process—a sophisticated setup technique. Our guitars typically feature light nitrocellulose finishes, with aging that varies from light to ultra-heavy.

I have been in the guitar business over 40 years and building over 14. In this time I have crafted more than 700 guitars and currently produce between 100 and 125 guitars annually. Berly operates as a one-man shop, ensuring personalized attention and quality in every instrument.
